⚠️ Important Terms:

  • Accidents & Damage: Police report required; renter bears all costs if report is not provided.
  • Theft: Must be reported to police immediately; otherwise, coverage is void.
  • Termination Clause:
  • Early termination of 3/6/9-month rentals: 15 days rental penalty.
  • Early termination of 12-month rental: 1-month rental penalty.
